Upon completion of the upload or upon our receipt of your CD an automatic email will be generated to inform you of the file’s successful receipt and successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email then we eithe never received the order, or we have a wrong email address for you and the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address.
In that case please contact our support on support@xbook.com.au and we will make sure you receive your confirmation email.
